This site is dedicated to keeping our family, friends, neighbors and others informed of what’s going on in our kids lives.  We have had this site for a while, but with the recent birth (8/1/2007) of Caden we decided to place a blog on it to help get information out to our friends and family.

Genevieve is a very bright 8 year old who was born at 32 weeks premature. She stayed on a vent for 3 days and was in the NICU a total of 22 days. While she has struggled with her gross and fine motor skills she is outgoing, intelligent, loves the computer and chess.

Adessa is our 6 year old, a former 36 weeker. She did not spend any extra time in the hospital and has asthma. My husband and I call her “pure entertainment”. Sit in a room for 20 minutes with her and she will have you rolling with a story, a dance or some other activity she has made up. She always wants to help out and is quite the character. She loves preschool, dance, hates boys, and thinks Spongebob is the best.

Caden is our almost 3 year old, a 27 weeker. Born at 1 lb. 11 oz. he was in the NICU for 120 days and on an oscillator for 3 months. He has many struggles and problems medically. You can see more of that on the Medical Glimpse of Caden page. He is a very good baby, hardly ever cries and loves to give you a grin. He is very tolerant and easy to please, sleeps GREAT at night and is a trooper.
